As always, my furnace check out was done during the scheduled time frame by a courteous service person. Checked inside, outside and took away any trash. Only thing is I think the former service people always used shoe covers...but am I imagining that?? Not essential but I somehow think the others always donned them and I like that treatment. Maybe that was another company. Nothing to do with excellent service but a a nice touch.
